How to Report an Issue

Log In To Your Account: Launch the Plight Hero Driver app on your mobile device.
Navigate to the Help Section: Tap on the “Help” icon located in the app’s menu.
Select the Relevant Category:
  • Choose the category that best describes your issue. Common categories include:
  • Payment Issues
  • Delivery Issues
  • Technical Problems
  • Account Issues
  • Route Issues
Provide Detailed Information: Fill out the report form with specific details about the problem you are experiencing. Include any relevant screenshots or error messages if applicable.
Submit the Report: Tap “Submit” to send your report to our support team. You will receive a confirmation message indicating that your report has been received.

Common Issues

Payment Issues:
  • Problem: Missing or incorrect payments.
  • Solution: Verify your payment details in the app and provide transaction IDs if possible when reporting the issue.
Delivery Issues:
  • Problem: Problems completing a delivery or locating an address.
  • Solution: Check the delivery details in the app, and use the in-app GPS. Report issues with specific details about the delivery.
Technical Problems:
  • Problem: App crashes or bugs.
  • Solution: Ensure your app is updated to the latest version. Restart your device and try again. Report the issue with details about your device and app version.
Account Issues:
  • Problem: Trouble logging in or accessing your account.
  • Solution: Reset your password if necessary and ensure your login details are correct. Report any persistent issues.
Route Issues:
  • Problem: Incorrect or inefficient routes provided
  • Solution: Use the “Route Update feature to ensure you have the latest information. Report any persistent routing problems with details.

Tracking Your Report

Check Status: You can check the status of your reported issue in the “Help” section under “My Reports.”
Follow-Up Our support team will contact you through the app or via email with updates or additional questions regarding your report.
Resolution: Once the issue is resolved, you will receive a notification in the app.
